Asha Radha Thampi

Director

Asha is an ex Civil Servant with about 20 years of experience in the Government at senior levels in the field of Telecom Finance with an outstanding academic track record and an alumnus of both Jawaharlal Nehru University and Delhi University. A passionate traveler she chose to follow her passion as a travel entrepreneur after bidding adieu to a promising career in government. She has travelled far and wide within India and the world in order to satisfy her own wanderlust and also in the quest for unique travel experiences that will come handy in curating tailormade holidays for her clients. She believes that both God and Devil is in the details and pays attention to small details in ensuring smooth operations of the company and hassle free and memorable holidays for our clients.

Gopa Kumar Krishna

Director

Gopa is a fun loving and down to earth person with strong interpersonal skills and strategy planning. Gopa drives company’s strategy, marketing and HR initiatives. With his strong travel experience of over 30years, Gopa contributes to minutest aspects of customer experience. While our Founder Asha Thampi is a master in customer engagement and customising their holiday to perfection, Gopa’s experience is also leveraged for any special situations that may arise from time to time in Operations. Their combo has ensured continuous high digit business growth and super happy customer base year after year.

Travelasha is the brand crafted by Designs 4 Trips India LLP, a New Delhi based travel company to make travel a personalized experience. Established in the year 2010 as Designs 4 Trips, by a small group of travel enthusiasts and professionals, the company has been providing end to end customized travel solutions to its clients including hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing and entry to attractions, guided tours, cruise holidays, visa assistance, travel medical insurance and specially curated holiday packages. The aim of the Company is to bridge the huge gap that exists between the slew of 'holiday packages' being sold by various travel companies and portals and the expectations of a vast majority of travellers looking for a unique holiday experience that is as per their requirements and very personal to them.

The founders Asha Thampi and Gopa Kumar are travel enthusiasts and in last two and half decades have travelled extensively across India and continents. Travel experiences range from self drive journeys within India, US, Europe, Australia to trips across the globe that include luxury travels, budget travels, theme based, seasonal, small group and medium size group vacations.

The vast database of knowledge thus accumulated and their personal experiences make planning and organising holidays for clients a very hands on activity. In the last 15 years of business operations, the company has been privileged to serve more than 8000 customers for their dream holidays both within India and outside India across the globe.
